Soloway Designs is an Arizona-based architecture firm that found that no off-the-shelf CRM quite met their particular needs and processes. Following a round of stakeholder interviews, we identified the key failures of the platforms they'd used, and designed a fully custom CRM that allowed them to stay on top of budgets, projects, approvals, and timelines without any of the extraneous functionality or costs of stock CRM solutions.
